XLPM (PROPS) for project managers

Doing the right thing in the right order sounds pretty obvious. But what is “right” to one person may not be to another. One of your most important tasks as project manager is to make it obvious to everyone on your team who is doing what and the time frame that applies. To do so you need the right tools.

In this course, you will explore the XLPM methodology and how you can use it to create a common outlook and clarity in your project. You will also carry out a smaller project using the XLPM methodology so you can practice what you have learned.
